How can I get my Crab Cakes?

Local customers can pick up their orders at our 35 Brentwood Avenue facility in Fairfield, CT or our sister restaurant, Wooster Hollow Cafe, located at 659 Danbury Road (Rt7) in Ridgefield, CT. Just specify the pickup location in the shipping section when checking out. We do deliver for a $25 charge to the towns of Bridgeport, Fairfield and Westport only. We are currently operating Mondays, Wednesdays & Friday from 7:30AM to 4PM.


How do I prepare crab cakes?

Our crab cakes are flash frozen providing extended product life. Thaw only what you need, then cook by sautéing, baking, or broiling. We recommend broiling to a golden brown.

How do I store the crab cakes?

As soon as you receive the crab cakes you should put them into the freezer. If properly frozen our product will last for at least 6 months.

The cakes can be cooked frozen except it works better to thaw them for a few hours in the refrigerator when sauteing.


What pairs well with crab cakes?

Tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, a slice of lemon, and a glass of white wine all go great with crab cakes. We also find a garden salad, asparagus or even a small steak are great compliments to our gourmet cakes.
